Andrew Dorfling likes things that resolve. He spent his first working decade laying bricks, moved through insurance and finance, joined DotActiv as Financial Director in 2004 and ended up its chairman. Accounting appealed because there was an answer. Software did too. AI is less obliging. Andrew thinks it may be bad for us, and he is also helping run a company that uses it wherever it genuinely works.
I have my personal view, and then I have my business view, and they are at odds with each other.
